Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Compass Catholic Ministries.

Note: Only items in original packaging and new, unmarked, and saleable condition can be returned. Please contact a Compass Catholic customer support representative at 1-407-878-7637 or info@compasscatholic.org to receive authorization before returning any items.

Pre-authorized materials may be returned within (30) days of receipt for a full refund. The purchase price of digital content (e.g. MP3s, downloads, etc.) will not be refunded. The purchase price of “Online Access” to Compass Catholic Bible studies are only refundable within (14) days of purchase when only Online Access was purchased. If a “Study Set” was purchased, only full refunds will be allowed, to include return of physical workbooks. Donations to Compass Catholic Ministries at checkout cannot be refunded.
 

All customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Procedure Instructions:

1. Pack all materials (new, unmarked, and saleable condition only) securely and send to the RETURN ADDRESS below. (We recommend saving your tracking information through a service such as USPS, FedEx or UPS.)

2. Please include a copy of the invoice in the package.

3. Save the tracking information until your return is processed.

4. Once the return is processed, a credit will be issued to your account.
